Fulfilment

We process and ship orders generally within a business day. Once your order is shipped you receive an email to let you know your order is on the way! 

 

At checkout, simply enter your address and select your preferred shipping option. Delivery times depend on your location. NL orders over €99 and EU orders over €150 ship free of charge.

 

Please note that delivery times provided by our carriers are estimates. We cannot be held responsible for delays once the package has left our studio and is transferred to the carrier. 

 

SHIPPING TO THE NETHERLANDS 

All orders are shipped via PostNL and include a track & trace code. The tracking code will be sent to you by email once the package has been shipped. Delivery is limited to the specified shipping address or a PostNL pickup point. 

 

Shipping costs within the Netherlands (NL) are €4,50 and will be specified on your invoice. PostNL aims to deliver within two business days after the tracking code is activated.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped via PostNL and include a track & trace code, which will be sent to you by email once the package has been dispatched. Shipping costs within the EU vary from €5,90 up to €7,70 (free of charge for orders over €150). Shipping costs outside the EU are €14 (free for order over €250).

 

We currently ship to the EU, Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, China, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Canary Islands (Santa Cruz de Tenerife), Georgia, Caribbean Netherlands, Aruba, and Andorra. 

 

Delivery times vary per destination. Within the EU it generally does not take longer than 6 business days, depending on the location.

 

Delivery times for orders outside the EU vary per destination and can take up to a month or longer, because this also depends on how fast the package gets through customs. 

 

Orders shipped to outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, which are determined by local customs authorities upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Claudet Jewelry is not responsible for any additional fees applied by customs. 

 

 

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping (including costs) are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

To initiate a return, please email sales@claudetjewelry.com. After receiving confirmation from us, you must send the item within 14 days. Once we have received the return, a voucher or refund will be issued for the purchase amount of the returned product. The return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Only for orders in the NL we can provide a return shipping label. For non-NL orders we cannot provide a return shipping label at this moment. The return shipping is entirely taken care of by the customer.

 

During the return period, the product and packaging must be handled with care. The item may only be unpacked and inspected to the extent necessary to determine whether you wish to keep it. 

 

To return an order, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via email at sales@claudetjewelry.com. We will provide you with a return quote, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and for NL orders a return shipping label.

2. Fill out the return form

3. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and add the return form.

4. (Non-NL orders) Find a shipping carrier and address the package to the address mentioned in the return form.

4. (NL orders only) Print out the return shipping label we have sent you, attach it to the package, and find a PostNL location nearby to send the package return.

 

Once we receive the returned items, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@claudetjewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s damage. We assess these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

 

Warranty and Repairs

Faulty items are eligible for repair or replacement free of charge within three months of purchase. If the item has been damaged due to incorrect customer use, we reserve the right to decline repairs or replacements that we deem unreasonable.

 

For warranty claims, please contact sales@claudetjewelry.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the damage.
