Delivery info

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your track & trace code. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carrier. We cannot be held responsible for delays once your package has left our studio and has been handed over to PostNL.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, which are determined by local customs authorities upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Claudet Jewelry is not responsible for any additional fees applied by customs.
